Ada 3 bagian dalam membuat sebuah pengumuman atau Announcement 

  • Opening:

Dalam opening terdapat judul atau tipe acara, untuk siapa pengumuman itu ditujukan dan tujuan dibuatnya pengumuman. Selain itu juga terdapat garis besar informasi yang akan disampaikan kepada pembaca.

  • Content

Nah, di bagian inilah terdapat informasi lengkap mengenai hal yang ingin disampaikan kepada pembaca. Isi content bisa berisi tentang waktu dan tempat pelaksanaan acara, informasi mengenai siapa yang akan mengisi acara atau persyaratan datang ke acara.

  • Closing

Pada bagian terakhir, closing biasanya memuat informasi contact person yang dapat dihubungi untuk mendaftar atau jika ada yang ingin menanyakan informasi lebih lanjut. Selain itu, dibagian closing, Sobat Pintar juga pasti terkadang menemukan cantuman sosial media atau website dari acara tersebut.
