Cause and Effects

Cause and Effect menjelaskan mengapa sesuatu terjadi. Biasanya berfokus pada hubungan antara suatu tindakan atau sikap yang mengikutinya. 

Cause (Sebab)

  • Adanya alasan atau motif dari sebuah sikap atau aksi.
  • Terdapat alasan terjadinya suatu hal.
  • Terjadi terlebih dahulu yang nantinya menyebabkan sebuah akibat.

Effects (Akibat)

  • Hasil atau kesimpulan dari sebuah aksi atau peristiwa yang terjadi.
  • Terdapat peristiwa yang telah terjadi.
  • Terjadi dikarenakan sebuah sebab yang terjadi.

Contoh:

  • The Great Barrier Reef is threatened by global warming; the rising water temperature (Cause) causes reef bleaching (Effect), making the reef less colorful and more prone to disease
