Food label adalah tulisan keterangan yang terdapat di bagian luar kemasan, dibungkus, kaleng, kertas berbagai macam makanan sebuah produk/barang.

Di label produk biasanya terdapat kalimat yang menunjukkan keunggulan produk, petunjuk penggunaan, komposisi produk, serta indikasi. Food label berfungsi memberitahukan kepada pemakai tentang makanan yang telah dibeli.
